Before work begins
Cancellation terms are confirmed in the project agreement. Where no substantive work has begun, any refundable amount will reflect payment costs and non-recoverable preparation already completed.
After work begins
Because services are customized, fees for discovery, strategy, research, drafting or other completed stages are generally not refundable. Any balance is assessed against work completed and commitments already made.
Rescheduling and delays
We understand that senior career timelines can change. Rescheduling is handled reasonably, but extended client delays may require a revised delivery date or project reactivation terms.
Digital deliverables
Once final custom documents have been delivered, the service is considered substantially completed. Concerns should be raised promptly so they can be reviewed against the agreed scope.
