Start with the purpose
An executive resume is a decision document. Its task is to establish leadership context, scope and relevance quickly—not preserve every responsibility.
Build the narrative
The strongest narrative usually sits across roles: the kind of change you lead, the decisions entrusted to you, the environments in which you create value and the people you influence.
Keep the evidence credible
Select evidence that proves those themes. Scale can matter, but numbers without context rarely carry a leadership story on their own.
